WARRANTY 90 Day Warranty on Vapir Vaporizers (1 year available) 3 Year Warranty on Volcano Vaporizer (2nd and 3rd year through manufacturer) Our warranty only covers defects. If you physically break your unit, ask us about our special replacement unit pricing. We do not accept returns on vaporizer products due to the fact that the item becomes used. The only exception to this is when its an unused / unopened vaporizer. Under these circumstances, we will accept a return with a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges paid for. We will do exchanges and we are available for tech support if you need help using your vaporizer. Anyone who is unsure about which vaporizer to purchase should email us prior to placing an order, we can help you make the right decision. We do not condone the use of any controlled herb in either the United States or Canada. Although we believe that all herbs should be legal, we will abide by the controlled list of herbs. As laws change and people realize that herbs can't be controlled with criminal sanctions, we will alter our warranty. Due to the legal status of cannabis, we can't warranty vaporizers that have cannabis resin. The only exception to this is Canadian clients that are using medicinally. There are hundreds of medical herbs out there, email us for more information. Cannabis medical patients: Please make sure your vaporizer is fully functional prior to using cannabis. If defective after using cannabis, Proof of medical condition required to be eligible for warranty. Cannabis requires a very high temp of 185C, we do not recommend going over 200C. Pure vapor is only assured at temperatures less than 200C. |
